After the applica has fulfilled some of the terms of the business performance agreeme, including investing the promised amou in the designated sectors, he/she has conducted the business coinuously for at least one year and reported the progress of the business establishme to the Nova Immigration Departme. Scotland can apply for provincial nomination.
By sending this application, he will officially announce his candidacy for permane residence in Canada. The nomination application form includes details about the desired business, which must be submitted along with the audit theory along with the Special Purpose report. The audit theory includes the audit of business financial statemes. The Special Purpose report will also comme on the following:
- The financial stability of the business and the possibility of coinuing the activity, as well as discussing other related issues that affect the ability of the business to coinue its activities in the near future.
- Recommendations to improve business viability and sustainability
- Ideify any problems, challenges or concerns regarding the audit of the financial statemes
- Business analysis, which, for example, can include things like financial analysis, market and product analysis, or competitor analysis.
The audit theory along with the special purpose report must be submitted by an organization approved by the provincial governme of Nova Scotia. But the applica himself can choose which organization to do this. The NSOI (Nova Scotia Immigration Office) will notify the applica or their represeative in writing of the decision regarding their candidacy.
If the nomination is approved, the Nova Scotia Immigration Departme will send a Proof of Nomination directly to the Federal Immigration Departme. The validity period of this certificate is 6 mohs after the date of its issuance. If the nomination is not approved, a letter will be se to the applica or his represeative stating that the nomination request is rejected.
In this case, the applica will be given 10 working days to submit additional information to be reconsidered. After the 10-day deadline, the case will be re-examined along with any new documes or information included in it to make a final decision on it. The result of the review will be se in writing and cannot be reviewed.
