This is a war that America chose to launch, at its own pace and timing, and illegally, unnecessarily, and illegitimately.
The former represeative of the US in Iran affairs then added: America did not even take measures to protect its people in the field of action, because it could have done things in advance, because it itself determined the time of this war.
