Aoun’s reaction to Tel Aviv’s dangerous aggression against southern Lebanon – Mehr News Agency | RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Mayadeen, Lebanese President Joseph Aoun, in response to the recent aggression of the Zionist regime against the south of this country, especially the release of chemical and toxic substances in the agricultural fields and gardens of this region, emphasized: This is a hostile act in violation of Lebanon’s sovereignty and an environmental crime.

He added: These dangerous movements target the agricultural lands and income sources of the Lebanese people and threaten the health and environment of the citizens of this country.

Aoun clarified: The international community must fulfill its duties regarding this issue.

A few days ago, the United Nations peacekeeping forces based in southern Lebanon (UNIFIL) announced that the Zionist regime had released a chemical substance in this area.
