Trump: Venezuela can only buy American goods in exchange for oil – Mehr News Agency | RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, US President Donald Trump wrote in a message on the Truth Social social network: “Venezuela is supposed to buy only US-made products with the money it receives from our new oil agreement.”

He mentioned agricultural products, medicine, medical equipment and equipment needed to improve electricity and energy infrastructure as among the products that Washington is going to export to Caracas.

The American official said: Venezuela is committed to choosing America as its main trading partner.

Donald Trump’s administration considers Venezuela and its resources to be exclusive and has asked Caracas to expel Chinese and Russian companies from the country.
