According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al Jazeera, Bernie Sanders, a prominent senator of the US Congress, condemned the order of US President Donald Trump to attack Venezuela.

He said: By bypassing Congress, Trump has entered America into war.

This US Congress senator emphasized that Washington’s action against Caracas increases instability in the world and revives the dangerous imperialist mentality.

America attacked Venezuela on Friday night and kidnapped the president of this country and his wife. Different countries have declared Washington’s action as a violation of the United Nations Charter and international law.

In a situation where Washington has threatened Caracas with wider attacks, Maduro’s deputy emphasized resistance against US imperialism.
