Government of Law coalition: Al-Sudani will not become prime minister for the second term – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to RCO News Agency, citing Al-Maluma, Zuhair Al-Jalabi, a member of the Iraqi Government of Law Coalition, emphasized that the Coordination Framework Coalition has decided not to give Mohammad Shia al-Sudani a chance for a second term as prime minister.

He added: the new prime minister of Iraq will be close to the winning factions in the elections within the aforementioned coalition. The next stage in Iraq needs a prime minister whom the resistance groups and political factions who won the elections trust.

Al-Jalabi stated: America and some political lobbies are openly interfering in the process of electing the future prime minister of Iraq. In the coming days, we will see more political movements for the election of the president and the prime minister.
