Ukraine’s claim: 2 Russian oil refineries were targeted – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, Moscow Times quoted Russian government officials as claiming that at least 2 Russian oil refineries and a large petrochemical production center were targeted in the night attacks of Ukrainian drones.
The Russian Civil Aviation Regulatory Organization (Rosaviatsya) announced in this regard that 13 airports across Russia, including 3 airports in Moscow and Crimea, were also forced to stop their activities for security checks.
In a statement, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that the country’s air defense forces intercepted 100 Ukrainian drones during the night, almost half of them were over the Bryansk region and 6 other drones were over the Moscow region.
The report of this newspaper in this regard indicates: 5 other drones were also shot down over Crimea this Wednesday morning.
Alexander Bogomaz, the governor of the Bryansk region, reported that the attacks caused damage to nine houses and the Miratorg center. Miratorg is the largest meat producer in Russia.
Vladimir Vladimirov, governor of the Stavropol region, also announced a drone attack on an “industrial area” in Budionovsk, saying that the attack did not cause “significant damage”.
