According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Nashrah, Ahmed Abul Ghait, Secretary General of the Arab League, said at the opening meeting of the “Arab Media Conference” in Beirut: Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip is a stain on the forehead of humanity, which saw and heard about this genocide, but remained a mere spectator in the face of killing and destruction.

He added: The resistant nation of Palestine experienced a new disaster at a time when human rights and values ​​should be at the top.

The Secretary General of the Arab League expressed his hope that the Sharm el-Sheikh agreement would end this “horrific slaughter” and that the efforts to rebuild Gaza would begin immediately and that the Palestinian people would remain in their land so that Israel’s illusion of emptying Palestine of its inhabitants would be overturned.

Abul Ghait also emphasized: Israel cannot draw the shape of the new Middle East with gunpowder and blood.

The Secretary General of the Arab League also emphasized the Arab League’s support for Lebanon regarding the necessity of the complete withdrawal of the Zionist regime from Lebanese soil and the implementation of all clauses of Resolution 1701, adding that Israel’s continuous violation of the ceasefire is just a desperate attempt to fuel anxiety inside Lebanon and create division in this country. The Lebanese will not fall into this trap.
