According to the Mehr News Agency, quoted by the Rasha Today news agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin met with North Korean Foreign Minister Cho Son Hui in the Kremlin on Monday.

The Russian President sent his best wishes to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un and said: “Everything is going according to plan.”

This news agency added: The current meeting shows the deepening of relations between Moscow and Pyongyang.

Rianavosti news agency added: In the meeting with the Foreign Minister of North Korea, the President of Russia, while referring to his recent detailed talks with the leader of this country in Beijing, added that the relations between Russia and North Korea are developing according to the plan.
