A gas pipeline explosion in the capital of Iraq left one person dead – Mehr news agency RCO News Agency

According to the Mehr News Agency, quoted by the Russian Al-Youm channel, Iraqi security sources announced that four people from the energy police were killed and injured following the explosion of a gas pipeline in the west of Baghdad, the capital of this country.

According to this report, rescue and security teams were immediately sent to the scene of the accident and investigations into the cause of the explosion have begun.

So far, the cause of the explosion has not been announced.
