According to Mehr news agency, quoted by Shahab news agency, the Palestinian Red Crescent announced that 22,000 Palestinian citizens of the Gaza Strip need to leave the area for further treatment, and at least 3,800 of them are children.
This Palestinian organization stated: 42,000 people in Gaza are involved with injuries that have changed their normal life.
The Palestine Red Crescent emphasized: Humanitarian aid is very limited in coming to Gaza and we have not had any access to them.
On the other hand, the International Organization of Doctors Without Borders announced: a large number of our trucks carrying medicine and medical equipment are waiting for the issuance of the necessary permits to enter the Gaza Strip. Thousands of wounded people in the Gaza Strip now need to leave this area to continue their treatment.
Earlier, Mahmoud Bassal, the spokesman of the Relief and Rescue Organization in the Gaza Strip, announced that about 10,000 martyrs are still under the rubble of destroyed houses throughout this area.
He emphasized: The operation of removing the bodies of the martyrs from under the rubble is very complicated and difficult and requires the urgent cooperation of international organizations and the provision of specialized rescue equipment. Extracting the bodies from under the rubble requires heavy equipment and multilateral coordination, but since the announcement of the ceasefire, there has been no change in the field situation and our facilities.
