According to Mehr news agency, citing Al Arabiya, the Relief and Employment Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) announced this Saturday that more than 8,000 teachers are ready to help children to return to education and resume school activities in the Gaza Strip.
“UNRWA is the largest humanitarian organization in Gaza and should be allowed to operate unhindered,” UNRWA’s statement said.
UNRWA stated: Children in Gaza could not go to school for a very long time.
The war of the Zionist regime against Gaza has resulted in the martyrdom of about 68 thousand people. The successive attacks of this regime destroyed the infrastructure and most of the schools and the students could not go to school for about two years.
