The Palestinian official said that there were 5 million tons of debris following the Zionist regime’s war.

At the same time, the United Nations Development Program announced that initial estimates show that the cost of rebuilding the Gaza Strip may reach about $ 5 billion after the recent war.

The institution also emphasized that the volume of devastation in Gaza is unprecedented and that the estimates indicate that there are more than 5 million tonnes of debris throughout the coastal area.

The World Health Organization rang the alarm

On the other hand, the World Health Organization said that more than 6,000 patients in the Gaza Strip need immediate medical evacuation and warned that the continuation of the closure of the medical routes would threaten the lives of thousands.

The organization emphasized that monitoring of the prevalence of diseases in Gaza should be strengthened, as severe health conditions and water and drug scarcity have increased the risk of spreading contagious diseases.

The World Health Organization also called for the reopening of crossings out of the Gaza Strip so that patients could be transferred to overseas hospitals for treatment.

According to the international institution, the recent war has caused more than 6,000 people in Gaza to be amputated, many of which require immediate treatment, rehabilitation and specialized medical equipment.

The Gaza war was officially ending more than two years after the signing of a peace deal in Sharmir al -Sheikh by US, Egyptian, Qatar and Turkey.
