Palestinian Resistance Group: The United States guarantees Israel’s commitment to the terms of the agreement – Mehr News Agency | Iranian and world news

Palestinian resistance movements including Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the People’s Movement for the Palestinian liberation emphasized in a joint statement to appreciate the efforts of Egypt, Qatar and Turkey to reach a recent agreement, according to the Mehr News Agency.

The statement also urged the United States to play a responsible role in ensuring the Zionist regime’s adherence to the terms of the agreement.

Referring to the global wave of solidarity with the Palestinian nation, these groups emphasized that this widespread popular movement against the crimes of the Zionist regime and in support of justice and the trial of genocide agents reflects the awakening of universal conscience.

In another part of the statement, resistance movements announced their readiness to use the participation of Arab countries and international institutions in the process of rebuilding the Gaza Strip.

These Palestinian groups described the agreement as a political and security defeat for the Zionist regime’s plans to impose displacement.

The groups also viewed the liberation of hundreds of Palestinian prisoner men and women as a symbol of resistance and integrity in adopting a single position at the national level.

The Palestinian resistance, while opposed to any foreign guardianship or intervention, emphasized that the determination of the structure and manner of the Gaza Strip is a completely Palestinian and internal issue.

In the end, the three groups emphasized the need to realize national unity and the beginning of a joint political process among all Palestinian groups and forces to form the political future and resistance of the Palestinian people.
