Iraqi parliamentarian Ali al -Bandawi emphasized that the Wadi Huran operation was carried out by the Shiite and security forces to clear the area from terrorists, according to Mehr News Agency.

He added that the operation thwarted a massive terrorist attack designed by criminal elements against some areas of the western provinces of Iraq.

“We are worried about suspicious US movements in the El al -Wasi camp,” Elbandavavi added. These movements have many ambiguities in the field of goals and timing.

He said: Syria is still suffering from security chaos and instability as a result of the activities of the terrorist elements, and this is a threat to Iraqi national security.
