Following the presence of Lebanese army commander Radolf Hikel at the cabinet meeting to investigate the monopoly plan of weapons, the Shiite minister of the cabinet affiliated with the Amal Movement and Hezbollah left the meeting, according to Mehr News Agency. Fadi Mecca was another Lebanese minister who left the cabinet meeting to discuss disarmament strategies.
Rakan Nasser al -Din and Mohammed Haidar were two ministers who left the main hall of the presidential palace where the meeting was held and went to the adjacent hall.
A meeting of the Lebanese Council of Ministers to investigate the army’s plan to monopolize the government has been launched at the Lebanese Presidential Palace, with the presence of President Joseph Aoun and Prime Minister Nawaf Salam.
