The Chinese Foreign Ministry took a stand on Iran, according to Mehr News Agency.

Referring to the long history of activating the dispute resolution mechanism by the Islamic Republic of Iran, Arakchi stated that Iran was the first side of the brigade to activate the mechanism in response to the United States withdrawing from the European Union and Troica in fulfilling its obligations.

Rejecting the allegation that the mechanism activation was limited to two official cases in year 2, he referred to Iran’s resort to this mechanism in a letter dated May 1 and numerous meetings of the Joint Commission on May 5 and July 6, which had been carried out before Iran’s compensatory measures began.

The Secretary of State emphasized that ignoring these records disrespects EU arguments.

Iraqchi has announced that the Islamic Republic of Iran has completed the disputes mechanism with goodwill and to the extent that it is entitled to compensation.

He added that Troika’s allegation of mechanism activation was explicitly rejected by Iran, Russia and China, and this was never fully stunned, and was considered unjustified and unacceptable in the “compensatory action” in response to the Islamic Republic’s compensatory actions.

Iraqis also described the image presented by the EU to adhere to the obligations of the Brotherhood lacking any strength.

He noted that despite the suspension of some sanctions in year 2, Europe has not only fulfilled its obligations to normalize trade and economic relations with Iran, but also violated the agreement; Including the failure of the “day transition” obligations on October 5, the expansion of sanctions against Iranian civilian entities and agencies and the re -imposition of sanctions against Iranian airlines, shipping, vessels and ports.

The Secretary of State emphasized that the eleven European commitments had not been implemented since the meeting of the Foreign Ministers on July 7.

Iraqchi pointed to the inadequate and mere symbolic initiative that never led to a significant amount of transactions.

He also described the failure of Vienna’s negotiations in years 1 and 2 as a result of US stubbornness, its internal political considerations, and the tackle of negotiations on unrelated issues by Troika and the European Union.

In another part of the letter, Iraqchi criticized the EU’s stance on illegal US and Zionist attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities, which is an explicit violation of the United Nations Charter and International Law, along with Troika’s support through European weapons and public support.

She also referred to the statements made by Ms. Kalaz about the “end of Iran’s nuclear program”, which deny the basic foundations of the Brotherhood, which damaged the EU’s role as an objective and neutral coordinator.

Iraqchi reiterated that Troica’s possible efforts to revive UN Security Council resolutions, canceled by Resolution 1 (1), were ineffective and ineffective, and that the resolution must be expired on October 5 on its timetable. He urged the European Union to refrain from selective interpretations and work to facilitate genuine diplomacy and to maintain multilateralism.

He also said that the Islamic Republic of Iran once again declared its readiness to resume fair and balanced diplomatic talks, provided that the opposite parties show their seriousness and goodwill and avoid destructive actions that weaken the chances of the success of the negotiations.
