A UNICEF spokesman in the Gaza Strip in an interview with Al Jazeera emphasized that the international community has left Gaza’s children alone.

“We need governments and leaders to use all their influence to end the war,” he said.

According to him, the life of children in the Gaza Strip depends on what will happen in the coming days and hours.

A UNICEF spokesman also noted that the evidence is clear and that he has encountered a large number of children suffering from acute malnutrition.

He warned that if human aid fails to enter Gaza, the situation would be far worse.
