North Korea’s central news agency announced the three -day visit of Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov to Pyongyang, according to the Associated Press.
According to the news agency, Lavrov will go to North Korea at the invitation of his counterpart, but no further details, including the possibility of a senior Russian diplomat meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un.
