Grossi: Diplomatic re -engagement with North Korean leader is essential

In a speech at a meeting of the US Foreign Relations Council in Washington, Rafael Grossi, citing the progress of the North Korean nuclear weapons program, claimed that the program was no longer limited to the Jungbion Nuclear Complex, but also the facility.

Responding to a question about whether Russia and China will encourage talks with North Korea over the nuclear program, Rafael Grossi said they do not think they would oppose a form of Western interaction with Pyongyang.
