According to RCO News Agency, Russia’s permanent representative Mikhail Olianov, a permanent representative of Russia in international organizations based in Vienna, published a message on his social network on the telegram on Wednesday to visit Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Tehran.

Mikhail Olianov continued: “This meeting is taking place when the situation around Iran’s nuclear program (INP) is on the road. The contrasting trend is clearly visible. On the one hand, after five years of stagnation, diplomatic efforts have been carried out at least in the current American-Iranian format. On the other hand, primarily, due to the efforts of Britain, Germany and France, the preconditions to exacerbate tensions and move toward it are uncontrollable.
