Charges against British for committing war crimes in Gaza
The British were accused of committing war crimes in Gaza during the Zionist attacks on the area.
According to RCO News Agency, a group of human rights lawyers in the UK are scheduled to file a complaint against four Englishmen who served in the Zionist army on charges of committing war crimes in Gaza.
Michael Mansfield Kei is one of those lawyers who will submit a two -page case to the Scottish War Crimes Unit and will kill them with targeted civilians and rescuers, including sniper shooting and irregular attacks on civilian areas, including hospitals.
The report, produced by a team of British lawyers and researchers in the Hague, also accuses the two people of coordinated attacks on protected locations, including monuments and religious sites and the forced transfer and relocation of civilians.
For legal reasons, neither the names of the defendants but the officer’s level nor the full report has not been publicly published.
The Zionist regime has constantly denied the allegation that political leaders or its army committed war crimes during attacks on Gaza, where more than 6,000 people were killed.
Mansfield, who is known for his work, is known for his work, such as the fire of Grenfel Tower, Steven Lawrence and Birmingham Six, saying: “If one of our nationals commits a crime, we have to do something.” Even if we cannot prevent the abuse of foreign governments, we can at least prevent the bad behavior of our nationals.
“British nationals are legally obliged to compromise with the crimes committed in Palestine,” he said. No one is above the law.
The report, representing the Palestinian Human Rights Center based in Gaza and the British -based public interest center (Pilc), covers the crimes committed in the area from October 1 to May 6 and took six months.
According to the report, each of the crimes attributed to four defendants, some of which have dual citizenship, are war crimes or crimes against humanity.
