Denmark called the US delegation’s trip to Greenland “problematic”

The country has criticized the time of the US informal delegation’s visit to Greenland, calling it “problematic” and “disrespect”, according to ISNA.

“These are not random tourists,” said Danish Foreign Minister Lars Locke. “This shows that recent US diplomatic actions in Greenland have been strategic rather than random action.”

According to the Financial Times, US National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, US Vice President Osha Venus, the wife of the US Vice President and Energy and Energy Ministers, who are scheduled to go to Greenland in the coming days, have announced the trip as a “personal visit” to watch a national chastine ride and visit a US military base.

After talking to the heads of NATO and European countries, the Danish Foreign Minister emphasized that Denmark would resist any US efforts to influence the political alignment of Greenland, especially after the recent election in the country.
