The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service issued a statement on Monday: London is concerned that the dialogue between Russia and the United States will lead to the failure of the British strategy for Moscow’s deterrence, according to the Mehr News Agency.

A statement issued by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service said: British officials see the development of talks between Russia and the United States to resolve the Ukrainian conflict as a threat to their interests. “British politicians in private circles acknowledges that London’s intention to send weapons to Kiev without US support is irrelevant,” the Moscow intelligence agency added. British officials see the weakening of peaceful US government efforts to Ukraine as a priority.
