Lapid called for a general strike in the occupied territories – Mehr News agency RCO News Agency
According to RCO News Agency, quoted by Al-Mayadin News Network, the former Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Yair Lapid, in a statement today, called on working groups and business activists and local institutions in the occupied territories to stop their economic activities in protest against the actions of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu. Close the management of the Gaza war and cease-fire negotiations.
Lapid also asked the Knesset of the Zionist regime to hold an urgent meeting to discuss the issue of reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
He continued that Netanyahu and the death cabinet decided not to save the 6 Israeli prisoners who were alive in Gaza at that time.
In his message, Lapid called for a comprehensive economic strike throughout the occupied territories and stated: Israel is collapsing and it is impossible to continue this process. There are still live prisoners in Gaza and the possibility of reaching an agreement is raised; But Netanyahu prevents him from doing this for political reasons.
Most of the political and media personalities in Tel Aviv and even the Israeli negotiating team believe that Netanyahu is obstructing the agreement process in order to prolong the war process and avoid a possible trial after the war.
The Zionist newspaper Yedioth Aharonot, quoting an official source in this regard, reported that 3 of the 6 prisoners who were killed in Gaza were among the list that Hamas had agreed to return to the occupied territories in case of exchange.
This newspaper adds that Netanyahu prevented an agreement to be reached so that his cabinet would not collapse, and under these conditions, no prisoners will survive in the next month.
