Belarus: We did not receive an official request from Ukraine to withdraw our troops from the border with this country
The spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Belarus told Sputnik News agency on Monday that the Ukrainian side has not sent any official request to Minsk to withdraw its troops from the Belarus-Ukraine border.
According to RCO News Agency, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine had previously claimed on X social network: “Former members of Wagner as well as the Russian armed forces have been stationed on the Belarus-Ukraine border under the pretext of military exercises.”
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine wrote in the continuation of this post: “The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine asks Belarus to avoid any catastrophic mistakes under the pressure of Moscow. We call on the armed forces of Belarus to stop the unfriendly maneuvers and withdraw the troops from the Ukrainian border.
