From the heart of steel to the heart of the Persian Gulf; Morsi Al-Arab Hotel, hospitality vision in the future

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Hotel has become a new point of view in Dubai‘s skyline with a design similar to large luxury ships and a focus on sustainable architecture. (lovethatdesign)

Jumeirah Hotels Group has completed its iconic beach trio in Dubai with the unveiling of its new project, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. This structure, designed with a view to the future of the hospitality industry, with its curved and fluid lines, evokes the form of a luxury yacht (Superyacht).

This hotel is located in a position where a 36-meter steel arch frames its entrance; The entrance of the show opens to Burj al-Arab and conveys the feeling of being on the ship’s deck to the guests. The design of the space is such that the border between the interior and exterior is removed and a continuous visual connection with the Persian Gulf is created.

Jumeirah Mercy Al Arab Hotel has 386 rooms and suites, all of which benefit from wide terraces with a panoramic view of the sea. Special suites such as “Pearl” and “Royal” have special spaces for holding events. In the space under the big arch of the hotel, decorative grooves with soft night lighting have given the structure a warm visual identity.

Beyond the aesthetic aspects, this hotel has been introduced as a model of sustainable design. The use of automatic shades on balconies, gray water recycling systems and the complete elimination of single-use plastics are among the measures taken in this direction.

The landscaping of this project includes the planting of 260,000 bushes and more than 3,000 palm trees, which, along with the green roofs and natural ventilation system, show the commitment of the builders to the principles of green architecture.

Green roofs, natural ventilation strategies and energy optimization systems all reflect a deep commitment to the concept of “responsible luxury”. This hotel is not only a beautiful building, but a living and intelligent ecosystem. As the hotel designer said:
