From Dilamis to Qajar; A gate that blessed travelers with the Quran

The Koran Gate of Shiraz is one of the symbols of the entrance of this city, which travelers used to pass under when entering or leaving the city to have a blessed and safe journey by passing through the Quranic inscriptions.

At the entrance of the city of Shiraz, there is a gate that casts a shadow over the travelers with the Koran. The gate built by Azd-Dulah Delami, Karim Khan Zand is decorated with two Qurans; But a businessman who loves Shiraz rebuilt it again in 1328.
