Details of the discovery of 4 works of smugglers in Iran; From the figure of a lion to the figure of an eagle

According to Arya’s heritage; Four valuable ancient artifacts made of chlorite stone were discovered and seized from cultural heritage smugglers.

This collection includes a seated male lion figure, a male goat with symbolic horns, a male human figure and a stone plaque with an eagle motif.

Preliminary investigations by experts show that two works have definite historical authenticity and the other two require laboratory research for final confirmation.

The possible origin of these works is the cultural area of ​​Jazmorian and Jiroft Plain in the southeast of Iran; A region whose brilliant civilization dates back to the second half of the third millennium BC.
