According to the French authorities, two men who were arrested in connection with the theft of the Louvre Museum in Paris in the past few days, have “partially” admitted their involvement in the theft.
These two people, who are currently in custody, are suspected of illegally entering the Apollo gallery of this museum and stealing part of the French royal jewels.
The stolen jewels have not yet been found and the group involved could be more than the four people caught on CCTV, Paris prosecutor Laure Beko said.
In another recently published news, Rashatoudi announced that the French police arrested five more people in connection with the theft of 102 million dollars worth of jewelry from the Louvre Museum after the previous two suspects confessed.
The Paris prosecutor announced that despite these arrests, the stolen jewels have not yet been found and are still missing.
