According to ISNA, cultural heritage activists say the province’s cultural heritage deputy said:
The complete halt of this project is subject to the action of the Ministry and the revocation of the Article 7 Commission. Currently, only the construction of the first two classes has been temporarily permitted to prevent investor rights.
In recent weeks, Kerman’s cultural heritage activist Omid Ebrahimi announced the construction of two buildings in the Kerman historical context, one five -story and the other two. These projects are in the vicinity of the Old Citadel and Governor, which, according to the cultural heritage, distort the global view of the market and the Ganjali Khan inn.
Farnaz Farhi Moghaddam, Deputy Director of Cultural Heritage of Kerman Province, said in response:
Construction operations in the five -storey structure have been stopped and the two -storey structure has no legal problem and is being investigated. These projects have been licensed for years, and the cultural heritage has not issued any new licenses.
However, field reports and subsequent published images show that construction activities have not only stopped but continued more quickly.
