Cyrus Parham (born February 4, 2009, a translator, editor, literary critic, artist, Iranian carpetologist and founder of the National Documentation Organization of Iran. He was one of the professors of art and carpet history in Iran. Parham was also one of the first Iranian editors and the first editor of the Franklin Publishing Institute; He was also one of the first to criticize Western literary criticism.
