According to Hossein Navid, a member of the Tabriz University faculty, according to a trilateral agreement, the implementation of the Khalat Park and the development of the surrounding green space to the Tabriz Municipality, monitoring the process of revitalizing the historical fabric of the province’s cultural heritage and exploiting the project to Tabriz University.
