Airlines Warning: Don’t buy airport flight tickets!

The Airlines warned of the purchase of flight tickets from/ to airports that are currently not serving. In this notice it is stated:

Following the increase in the request of compatriots for domestic and international trips through aerial routes, it is necessary to emphasize that no ticket sales will be made through airports in the north, south and west of the country in the current and secondary information.

Currently, some of the selected airports in the east of the country (Bojnourd, Sabzevar, Mashhad, Birjand, Zabul, Zahedan, Saravan, Chabahar, Iranshahr, Sarakhs, Gonabad, Jiroft and Jask) are able to provide limited services to the eastern provinces or neighboring countries.

Due to the specific situation of the country’s communication and internet infrastructure, it has been observed that some fake sites and lacking any legal permits have been selling fake tickets or at unusual rates by abusing people’s need for travel.

The Civil Aviation Authority, while warning, advises dear compatriots to provide tickets only through airlines, air travel offices and online licensed online systems.

The organization also emphasized that there will be no negligence in dealing with any violations by airlines, airline travel offices and online sales systems that will sell illegal, expensive or deceived by passengers, and violators will be dealt with in accordance with regulations.
