Reopening the east of the country on the flights; Mehrabad and Imam Airport are still closed

A spokesman for the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced the reopening of the country’s east half of the sky for domestic, international and passing flights.

Therefore, authorized airports in the eastern region include Bojnourd, Sabzevar, Mashhad, Birjand, Zabul, Zahedan, Saravan, Chabahar, Iranshahr, Sarakhs, Gonabad, Jiroft and Jask.

Domestic and foreign flights from the source or to all airports in the north, south and west of the country, including Mehrabad Airport and Imam Khomeini International Airport, are not possible until further notice.
