With the decision of the Museums of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, the National Museum of the Holy Quran will be transferred to the Saadabad Cultural and Historical Complex next week.
Saberi said:
Seeing the Quran Museum, which is currently at the intersection of the streets of Imam Khomeini and Valiasr, is accompanied by restrictions such as lack of parking and traffic. For this purpose, it will be transferred to the Saadabad Historical Cultural Complex for better access and provision and various events.
The National Museum of the Qur’an, dedicated to the arts related to the Qur’an, was launched in year 6. The Treasury of the National Museum of the Holy Quran contains the Qur’anic manuscript and the stone printing of the Holy Quran, the Divan of prominent Iranian poets, al -Qaimaris, books and Quranic pieces, dating from the fourth century AH to the late Qajar era.
