Several Arab countries registered Arabic coffee in UNESCO’s Intangible Heritage List.
UAE, Oman, Qatar, Jordan and Saudi Arabia managed to register Arabic coffee in UNESCO’s Intangible Heritage List in a joint file.
Arabic coffee is prepared with special rituals in containers called “Dele”. Dele is a copper vessel in which Arabic coffee is prepared and this coffee is served in many official ceremonies with its own customs.
Like the world registration file of “henna”, this time also in the world registration file of Arabic coffee, despite the common roots in Iran, there is no mention of the name of Iran.
