The news of removing the thermal insulation of the double-burner Saina S caused a lot of noise. Now Saipa explains the reason for these changes in car design and engineering.
Recently, customers who have received their Saina S dual car this summer, have noticed a different color of part of the trunk floor of their car, and this has raised a big question in their minds, what is the result of this change. Saipa has removed the dual fuel Saina S thermal insulation from this car without any prior notice. The customers’ concerns about this incident have made Saipa to respond and provide explanations in this regard.

According to Saipanews, the removal of this insulation during the design of the project and the technical review of this car in the DFMEA and DFA/DFMA tests show that it will not cause any defects on the Saina dual-fuel engine. But what is the reason for this change in car design? In fact, the removal of this insulation has been done with the aim of improving the speed of the engine temperature reaching the working degree in cold environments.
Saipa claims that all production standards have been met in the design and construction of the Saina S car. And after the feedback received from the customers, they canceled the design and engineering changes of this car and their new production cars are re-equipped with thermal insulation. The color change that can be seen on the floor of the Saina trunk is just a color change and has no effect on the performance and safety of the car.
SAIPA recall for dual Saina S cars
Saipa will now, through a recall and with the aim of satisfying its customers, invite all the recipients of the two-burner Saina S whose cars do not have thermal insulation to equip their cars with this part. The time of this call will be announced soon.
