According to Ibn al-Sharht, it was possible to provide food and water for 40,000 people in this city. This floating city is about 4 km wide and it is possible for 10 thousand people to live in it permanently. 30,000 tourists can also visit it. This city is designed in the shape of a circle to be resistant to changes and weather conditions such as tsunami. Of course, the method has not been specified.

This city consists of three parts. The main part of the 4 Abel area is the residential area. Another part is an underwater data center that will be cooled by sea water. Also, ring-shaped architecture is another part of this city, which will be filled with an artificial bay in the shape of a circle.
