Tencent, in response to Sony’s complaint over Horizon’s copy, said the game under construction, Light of Motiram is not just a “blind copyright” by Horizen Zero Down; Rather, it is reminiscent of the concerns that Sony and the PlayStation team have previously had about Horizon’s similarity to Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.
In a new response to Sony’s legal action, the Chinese technology giant, the complaint is an illegal attempt to own duplicate elements such as the champion of the female female who fights against the robot dinosaurs, claiming that Sony wants to have a monopoly genre. Tencent has also cited the past talk of Jan-Bart van Beek, artistic director Guerrilla Games, who apparently brought about his team’s concerns about Horizon’s over-the-the-year-old Ninjaei Studio. He had confirmed as another game focused on a female champion with red hair and robot creatures.
According to The Game Post, Tennant has described Sony’s movement as extremism, as well as other collections such as The Legend of Zelda and Far Cry, which have similar elements to Horizon. According to Tencent, “It is strange that Sony now wants to claim that the idea of Horizon is completely original, while it is just a combination of the well -known genre elements.” Tencent wrote:
Complaining about a published project that uses only the same old elements; The elements seen in many before and after Horizon games, such as Enslaved, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Far Cry: Primal, Far Cry: New Dawn, Out Wilds, Biomutant and many others seek illegal monopoly on one genre.

ENSLAVED: Odyssey to the West
Tencent added that Sony’s claim that Horizon was a genuine polystical idea was completely contradictory with the words of Fanbek in a documentary in which he confirmed that Gorilla Studios had abandoned the project for some time because its similarity to Enslaved was too much. Tencent continued:
Much of the complaint earlier, the makers of Hurrazen Zero Downe publicly admitted that the same elements that Sony today claimed to have exclusive ownership were in fact borrowed from another game.
According to Tencent, Fanbek had warned that the idea of Horizon was too close to the other elements of the games, which meant that the same prominent elements of Enslaved. Sony stopped the project, but later continued again and was fully aware that the idea was not new. When the Hurrazen Zero Down was finally released in Year 2, the players’ community realized its remarkable resemblance to Enslaved and other genre works. In his defense, Tencent also denied other parts of Sony’s complaint, saying that the Lightwheo Motiram had nothing to do with the introduction of a spin -off from Hurice to Sony. He also claimed that the whole complaint was discredited because even the right parts of the Tencent Company were not mentioned in the case.
However, the interesting thing is that Tencent has apparently made changes to the game development process. The game’s stem screen shows that the images and logos that showed the character and the robot dinosaurs have been deleted. This shows that Tencent intends to publish the game without the elements that Sony knows most like Horizon. Now, what will be Sony’s reaction to these possible changes.
