Meta has apparently produced artificial intelligence chats from their personality without a license from celebrities such as Taylor Swift, Scarlett Johansson, Selena Gomez and Ann Hattu. These chats have insisted that they are really celebrities themselves, and some of them have shown inappropriate behaviors.
According to Reuters, Meta has hosted several chatteists of artificial intelligence with the name and appearance of celebrities. The chats that this media have observed were available on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp. At least one of these chats is based on a minor celebrity and allowed the tester to produce nude images of that celebrity.
Meta’s artificial intelligence chats of celebrities
Although some of these chats were made by third parties with meta tools, Reuters says at least 3 chats were made by the company’s manager of artificial intelligence. Taylor Swift’s chats apparently spoke very much with the warm tester and invited him even to the real Swift house in Nashville. The chats said in part of the conversation: “Maybe I suggest creating a love story … about you and a special blonde singer. Miles? ”
Meta told Reuters that “direct imitation” does not allow celebrities, but if the chats are introduced as a pavement, they have nothing to do with them. The media claims that some of the chats did not have such a label. Meta finally removed a number of labels and labels before the report was released.
Meta says the company’s product manager had only made a number of celebrity chats to test. But Reuters says it has made these bots available to the public. A spokesman for Meta also noted that meta tools should not be able to make sensitive images of celebrities, and if such a capability existed, it was a shortage of company policies.
Mark Lemli, a professor of law at Stanford University, who is researching productive artificial intelligence and intellectual property, says the unauthorized use of meta’s appearance of celebrities can violate their press rights. In the United States, the right to use the individual identity is only available to him, and the law defends it.
