According to Reuters, Alexander Wang, chief executive of Meta’s Artificial Intelligence, said the company’s new cooperation with Midjarnani includes a direct link between the research teams on the two sides, with the aim of improving the visual quality of meta products and distinguishing them from competitors.
Midjarn, known as the ability to produce high quality images through text commands, provides users with a shared model. “We have been severely impressed by Midjarni,” Wang wrote in a post on the X network (former Twitter). “To deliver the best products, a combination of superior talent, a powerful roadmap and collaboration with leading industry actors.”
The contract has been signed while Meta has recently rebuilt the structure of its artificial intelligence teams called Superintellness Labs; The move was taken after some senior executives leaving and welcoming the LLAMA 4 model.
Experts believe that Midjarni’s capabilities can help meta provide new creative features to users and advertisers, reduce the cost of producing content, and ultimately increase the interaction of the company’s social platforms.
