The first Huawei artificial intelligence laptop will probably be unveiled in April and will be equipped with a Kunpeng-920 processor.
The laptop, known as the first Huawei commercial product in the field of artificial intelligence, is likely to use fully internal components. Designed and developed by Huawei, the Kunpeng-920 processor will act as the core of the device.
The large Chinese technology company seems to be seeking to master the Chinese technology market. After achieving significant successes in the mobile and artificial intelligence sector, it has now focused on PC. According to information released by TPphuang@, Huawei plans to launch its first domestic laptop in the coming months. The device will probably use parts made by Huawei itself, which not only reduces the challenges of the supply chain, but will also create new opportunities in the market.
The details of the device have not yet been fully identified, but Huawei has announced through the Huawei Central website that the laptop will be released in the Qingyun series. This series includes products for organizations and companies, such as laptops, computers, TVs and other equipment. One of the important features of this laptop is its integration with the DeepSeek system, which is similar to the capabilities of the Microsoft Copilot+ device. Huawei seems to be planning to use the popularity of artificial intelligence -equipped computers, but now the product will only be available to China’s domestic users.
This laptop will be technically interesting, as it is said to be all based on Chinese technology. Its main power comes from the Kunpeng-920 processor, developed by ARMV8 architecture and available in a variety of configurations from 1 to 2 core. Although this processor is mostly used for servers, Huawei has made it suitable for public users by reducing the number of cores.

The device will probably be equipped with Harmonyos (PC) and Dick Sik will be used to manage artificial intelligence requests. The performance of this device will definitely be significant, and given the Huawei move towards domestic products, this is a positive progress for the company. Although the possible release date for the laptop for April, this date has not yet been formally approved.
