The media has reported that the new model of Apple’s Powerbeats Pro 2 wireless headphones will be released in 2025. One of the practical features of these TWS headphones will be the ability to measure the heart rate and blood pressure of users.
It seems that this American company does not intend to delay the release of this device.
Details
Mark Gorman, Bloomberg’s trusted reporter and Apple insider, has shared exclusive information in the new issue of the weekly Power On newsletter.
Gorman says Apple will hold a private event for reporters soon, possibly next week, where it will reveal details about the Powerbeats Pro 2. These wireless headphones will go on sale in early February.
Gorman points out that the Powerbeats Pro 2 will not look different from the previous version, but will offer active noise cancellation (ANC), spatial audio and adaptive audio. The process of measuring heart rate and blood pressure will be done when using both headphones and during sports or physical activities.
Apple has also made it possible to connect headphones to sports equipment to monitor heart rate during exercise classes.
Powerbeats Pro 2 will be available in four colors: orange, purple, black and beige. The price of this product has not been announced yet.
