Soroush emphasized: “We are all at the service of the most elite youth in the university.” Therefore, our talent, ability and services must be tailored to these students, and we always remind ourselves, so professors, staff, administrators, and university assistants must put themselves in the quality of the university’s students.

The head of Amir Kabir University of Technology pointed to the need to pay attention to the livelihood issues and the appropriateness of the staff and said: “We are doing our best to meet these needs at the university.” However, these kinds of fate are far from the ideals, efforts and needs of employees. But I expect employees to believe in every job category that we are trying to do. This belief will give them a strong heart. So that they do not feel separate between themselves and the management of the collection. So as long as I am at the top of the university management, I will maintain this feeling within the staff.

Soroush emphasized the necessity of observing justice by the administrative managers of Amir Kabir University of Technology and said: “It is very difficult to observe justice and because of the delicacy and characteristic of justice, we may sometimes not be able to perform it well in various fields, including material, rank, etc., but we must move on to our minds.
