According to the report of Mehr, the late Reza Rustaazad (1340 to 19 Mehr 1401), a professor of chemical engineering faculty of Sharif University of Technology and the president of this university (1389 to 1393), first-ranked student of Kharazmi High School, first-ranked student of undergraduate degree from Isfahan Institute of Technology, master’s degree from Technical University Istanbul and doctorate in Waterloo, Canada.
Zinda Yad Rostaazad suffered a stroke in the winter of 2016, after being hospitalized for several weeks, he recovered and returned to the university in the spring of 2017. He was a member of the central committee of the Jamiat Isargaran Islamic Revolution and was also elected as the head of Sharif Governance Think Tank in July 1401. He died in October 1401 at the age of 61 after enduring a period of illness in Khatam Al Anbia Hospital.
