Retinol is one of the derivatives of vitamin A, which is presented in the form of cream, gel or liquid. Retinol can increase collagen production in the skin.   • Brittle nails

The doctor can check the iron status of your body with the help of a blood test. Your doctor may recommend taking an iron supplement. Iron-rich foods:

  • Red meat and turkey
  • Seafood
  • beans
  • Leafy greens like spinach and kale
  • Raisins, raisins and other dried fruits
  • Iron-fortified foods such as fortified cereals and pasta

Do not eat salty foods

Eating salty foods can cause puffy eyes. Salt affects fluid retention in the body and makes the eyes puffy. You must know that consuming too much salt also causes heart diseases and strokes.

The American Heart Association recommends that you consume a maximum of 2,300 milligrams of salt per day. It is better for older people not to eat more than 1500 mg of salt per day.
